DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process an order, after which it's shipped. The shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated as follows:
● United States: 3-4 business days
● Europe: 6-8 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-8 business days
● International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide!
Additional customs and tax fees can be charged for international orders ?
These fees are not within our control and are charged by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. So please check directly with your local customs office if they impose duties and taxes on your purchases.
My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or with your neighbor, please contact us at warlegenddesign@gmail.com with your order number. If you found an error in your delivery address, we can resend your order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
ORDERS
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand product distributor. They're present worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently! You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding tracking or shipping of your order, please write to us at warlegedndesign@gmail.com.
I received the wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We're so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at warlegenddeisgn@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have regarding your order.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if your order has a problem, please let us know by contacting us at warlegenddesign@gmail.com!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are affected, please contact us at warlegenddesign@gmail.com by sending us photos of the damaged items and we will take care of refunding you. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure of the size that best suits you, check out our size guides: we have one for each item listed in our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may be mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at warlegenddesign@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one, or refund you!
